Meet Angela

With over 20 years of experience within health and social care, I have dedicated my career to supporting people and families to access safe, compassionate and person-centred care.

As a Registered General Nurse, qualified care professional and experienced care business owner, I bring together clinical knowledge, practical experience and a genuine understanding of the challenges families can face when arranging care for a loved one.

I previously founded and successfully developed my own domiciliary care agency, Angel Holistic Care, which I led as Director and Registered Manager. During this time, I recruited and managed a large care team, supported clients with a wide range of needs, and developed a service recognised by the Care Quality Commission for the quality of care provided.

This experience gave me an in-depth understanding of what makes care truly effective — not just finding someone available, but finding the right person, with the right values, experience and approach, for each individual and family.

Through Dahlia Care Consultancy, I now offer a more personal, bespoke approach to care introductions and consultancy. My aim is to remove some of the uncertainty and pressure families experience, providing professional guidance, carefully considered introductions and ongoing support where required.
